Equipment needed for BALANCE Movement Series THREE are bean bags (2), racquet balls (2), and a balance board. You will need a clear space and timer for most exercises. In this series we up to challenge to the neurological pathways. If at anytime the movements are too difficult (remember the "just right" challenge) you can repeat Movement Series TWO until it is easy then re-visit this series.

The brain loves repetition! Repetition creates strong, myelinated pathways within the brain. Once those pathways are strongly connected, we need to challenge the nervous system with more complex movements. You will notice that there is repetition throughout this program; with varying levels of new challenges.

You have access to all four weeks of movements. Please stick to each week and complete the exercises 5x/week (1-2x/day). This will give you the repetition needed to create strong neural connections needed before moving on to the next week with more challenge. You can stick with one week for longer than 5 days if your child is still struggling with the movements. 
Note: you can add challenges to starred movements when they become too easy.
