STRONG BODY

Use these challenges to help keep your family healthy and strong. Building strength and endurance helps improve posture, motor skills, academic performance, social skills, and so much more! The strength of our skeletal muscles is a strong determiner of the quality of life we live. A strong, balanced body contributes to how well the brain processes information.

Children with neuro-developmental disorders typically have less opportunity to move their bodies. They need strong role models (parents & siblings) to help guide them, modify movements, and get them motivated.

Download a challenge and have your child mark off each day as they perform the movements. Have the entire family join in on the fun!

HEALTHY BODY

A healthy brain & body relies on having good fuel for performance. Whether it's moving throughout the day, learning at school, or performing in therapy or a sport - our children need healthy foods to fuel their body. Teaching them at a young age what makes them feel & perform well vs. what foods do not is important to set them up for a lifetime.
