Our individualized parent coaching program is specifically designed for families who are willing and motivated to work with their child at home. The program allows children to receive cutting edge program treatment in their home, either as a stand-alone treatment or adjunct to regular therapy sessions. Our movement-based learning program grounded in neurologically-based research will improve your child’s development, behavior, and function, communication, and social experiences.
We offer both virtual & in-person assessments (in-person currently available in Phoenix metropolitan area, and Flagstaff, AZ….please contact us directly for individualized pricing on other locations)
You will be educated on the movements, which are easy to follow and given to you with detailed video instruction. Plus you will have live meetings with your therapist monthly, along with additional questions answered via email. Families must commit to consistently work with their child 5-7x/week for a minimum of 4 months. The therapist and family will coordinate virtual meetings each month to discuss treatment. A superbill will be provided following each in-person session so that you may submit the information for possible insurance reimbursement.

Q: How much time do I have to commit to doing the treatment with my child?
A: You must be willing to commit three-five sessions per week, on separate days, totaling 45 minutes – 1 hour. These sessions may be split up throughout the day as well, plus 30-45 minutes once/month to speak with the therapist.
Q: Do I need any special equipment?
Q: How long is the treatment?
A: A treatment session consists of four months. For each treatment session you will receive specific movement exercises to be performed the full four months. You may need to continue further treatment depending on your child’s specific needs and goals. If so, your child will have a re-evaluation and progress with movement sequences and different videos. Each session will result in observable and objective positive changes in your child’s development, behavior, function, communication, and social experiences.
Q: Will we achieve the same results as we would in the clinic setting?
A: YES! But this will only happen if you commit to doing the prescribed amount of treatment weekly. The monthly conversations with your therapist are meant as a way to keep you on track and accountable to treatment. We want to help every child succeed.
Q: Do you offer a consultation to see if this is the right fit for my child?
A: Yes! We offer a free 30 minute phone/virtual consultation to discuss your child and their needs. Contact us today to get started.
Q: Who would benefit from this program?
A: Children who would benefit from our program include, but are not limited to, children with developmental delays, trouble learning, hyperactivity, decreased communication, impaired gross/fine motor skills, difficulty with attention/focus, and children diagnosed with varying neurological conditions (autism, adhd, down’s syndrome, etc). Your child does not have to have a specific diagnosis to benefit from treatment. Even adults see decreased anxiety, depression, and stress utilizing our brain-movement techniques. Please contact us today for a free consultation to see if this is the right fit for your child’s needs.
Q: What does the initial evaluation look like?
A: The therapist will come to your home and educate the parent on our treatments and why they help change the brain. Then both you & the therapist will work together to assess your child’s primitive reflexes and brain imbalances. You will then be educated on specific movements for your child and will practice them together. The therapist will email you the entire program with video instructions. You will have monthly meetings with the therapist and a 4-month post-assessment in-person.
Q: What is the cost?
A: Four month individualized treatment cost is $650 payable prior to service. This includes initial assessment, individualized treatment program with video library for reference, post-assessment, and monthly phone calls/virtual meetings with a licensed therapist. When you sign up for a second session we perform a re-evaluation and create a new individualized program according to their gains & new strengths.
Q: Can I use my insurance?
A: A superbill is provided monthly with billing codes that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We encourage participants to check with their insurance regarding their Occupational Therapy benefits, tele-health benefits & the forms needed to submit claims. We are a cash-pay service and payment is due prior to service and is not contingent upon insurance reimbursement. You may also want to investigate whether HSA dollars can be used for payment.
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: We accept payment through a secure online link which we provide. Payment for each three month session is due prior to service. In Arizona, families can use both ESA funds and ABLE funds.
